Laurent's farming family came to Jersey from England in the 1970s. Since Potage Farm began in 2009, he and Paris have built a life here around eggs, sheep, flowers and family, gradually opening the farm to others along the way.
Hedgerow House is the next chapter.
Over the years, the farm has kept evolving. The Sheepshed opened the gate to local families, the flower farm brought new life to the fields, and gatherings gave people more reasons to come together here. Each new idea has grown from the same place and the same belief that a family farm has to keep moving if it is going to have a future.
Hedgerow House brings those threads together, giving the farm room to keep growing while opening more of it to the people who come through the gate.
